Migraine Relief Eye Pillows and More
Our pillows can be used in many different ways. They are not only great for easing the pain of migraines, but they also soothe tension headaches, sore necks, joints, muscles, and other aches and pains. They can also be used just to rest and find some relaxation during a yoga session or simply to drown out stress.
Place pillow in the microwave and heat in 30 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Squeeze pillow between intervals to test warmth level. Flaxseed will emit a soothing moist heat that helps ease sinus pressure.
Tip: We also use our hot pillows as heating pads for sore backs or tense neck muscles.
Place pillow in a plastic bag and store in the freezer until ready to use. Flaxseed stays cold and will retain its malleable state.
Tip: We love to have two pillows ready in the freezer during severe migraines.
Spot clean only using a mild detergent and minimal water. DO NOT get pillow wet or it will destroy the flaxseed filling.
Tip: Pull the fabric away from the filling when scrubbing and dry completely before use.
